Volleyball Comes Back to Win at Rossville

After a slow start and ten service errors in games one and two, the varsity volleyball team defeated Rossville on their court last night, 3-2. FMS Jamboree Canceled on 8/20/19

The Frankfort Middle School Jamboree scheduled for 8/20/19 has been canceled due to the threat of inclement weather.  There is no plan to reschedule this game.

Sydney Cesare Wins County Golf Championship

This weekend the girls golf team competed in the county tournament. The girls finished in second place with a 427 team score. Sydney Cesare won the individual county championship shooting an 88. Emilee Shipley placed 3rd shooting a 94. Karleigh Bessler shot a 117. Tor Hopkins shot a 132. Samantha Sharp shot a 128.

Girls Golf results from Tri-West

The Lady Hot Dogs shot a 219 total. Tri-West shot a 191, we shot a 219 and Clinton Prairie shot a 245. Sydney Cesare shot a 46. Emilee Shipley shot a 52. Karleigh Bessler shot a 57. Tori Hopkins, Raelyn Mitchell and Samantha Sharp all shoot a 64.

Volleyball Scrimmage

Thursday evening, the volleyball team traveled to North White for a varsity scrimmage. Tallying 19 aces as a group were Chloe Roberts, Tarah Martinez, Maicee Sterrett, Lindsey Gay and Kylie Norman. The group of Allyson Timmons, Ashley Timmons, Morgan Adamson, Chloe Roberts , and Bella Colby combined for 44 kills with Lindsey Gay’s 41 assists.

2019 Boys’ Travel Basketball League

The boys basketball program will be having tryouts for it’s 3rd-5th grade travel teams next month (3 weeks from today!) on Thursday, Sept. 5th at Blue Ridge Elementary.
