The Lady Hot Dogs on Saturday won their first game of the year by defeating county rival Clinton Central by a score of 35 to 28. The Lady Dogs have won their last 8 meetings versus county teams. The Lady Dogs played tremendous defense holding the Bulldogs to 19% shooting from the field. The Lady Dogs used a balanced scoring attack on offense. Leading the way was Emily Michael with 8 points, Kya King 7 points, Alieah Carter with 6 points and Rylee Seibert added 5 points. The Lady Hot Dogs start the youngest team in the state with 4 freshman and 1 sophomore in the starting lineup.
