The boys golf team finished 6th at the conference match Monday evening at Rocky Ridge. JT Whitlock and Simon Weber both shot 41 for Frankfort to earn second team all-conference honors. The 41’s were good enough to put both players in an 8 man playoff for first team honors but both fell just short of first team honors. Taylor Hopkins shot a 48 for Frankfort and Kasey Klecz a 49 to round out the scoring for the dogs. Drew Grismer was the final hot dog to compete at conference and finished with a score of 50. Frankfort shot a solid 179 as a team and looks to build on this score looking ahead to the County match Thursday evening. The hot dogs will first be back in action Tuesday evening as they host Northwestern.
