Varsity Track · Boys Track and Field Win County Meet!

The Boys T&F Team had a great day Saturday winning the County Meet by 20 points.  It was a cold day but the early start time and temperatures did not bother the Hot Dogs.

Jared Wells was the leading point scorer for the Dogs.  Wells won the 800, 1600 and 3200.  He has been a leader for the distance group for the past 3 years and has been coming on even stronger the past few weeks.

First year thrower Andy Palmer took 1st in the shot with a personal record of 41’5.5″

Damian Martinez (200m) and Dylan Shelley (100m) lead the sprint group, both winning individual championships. 4×100 team of E. Jordan, D. Martinez, K. Horlacher, D. Shelley took 1st with a full 2 seconds between them and 2nd place.  Martinez teamed up with C. Mora, E. Garcia and C. Henry to win his 3rd medal in the 4×400.
