Tuesday night the Frankfort boys soccer team traveled to Danville to face conference foe Tri-West in sectional play. Tri-West scored first in the match and the Hot Dogs answered right back less than a minute later when Sophomore Alex Campos scored the equalizing goal. Tri-West would capitalize on a quick counter strike late in the half to take a half time lead of 2-1. Despite solid play and good shots on goal in the second half the Hot Dogs recent struggles of finishing continued and Frankfort did not score again in the game. Tri-West defeated Frankfort 6-1 at the final buzzer. Frankfort finishes the season 8-8-1 and 4th in the Sagamore Conference.
The Boys soccer team would like to thank all of its plans through out the season for their support at both home and away games.
Coach Butler and Montes would like to thank the seniors for their time and dedication to the program.
