Boys Basketball outshines the Stars

The varsity team came aways with a big conference victory last night against Western Boone. The team got off to a great start leading 7-0 before a Webo timeout. The final score was 55-52. The team played unselfishly and was able to create great looks for the team. The Dogs also did a nice job

WRESTLING REGIONAL RESULTS

Adolfo Vasquez-Sanchez, Zeke VanDeventer and Jordan Ortiz all represented FHS and the wrestling team with pride saturday.  All 3 wrestlers were eliminated from the tournament during the first round.  All 3 wrestlers left it all out on the mat, congratulations on qualifying for regional.

Warriors too much for Dogs

Frankfort fell tonight at Danville 53-76. The team struggled to get stops in the first half giving up 19 points in the first quarter and 24 in second. The team did a nice job getting themselves going in the third and fourth quarters winning the half by a score of 34-33. The team will continue

Boys Swimming & Diving Squashed the Berries

The Frankfort Hot Dog boys squashed the Logansport Berries in tonight’s meet! This is what we are proud of: Event Winners:  Joel Sanchez, Prestin Hillman, Evan Jordan, and Arthur Chalyi in the 200 yard medley relay with a time of 2:02.02 Tyler Harness in the 200 yard freestyle with a personal best time of 2:16.11.

Hot Dogs Play at Historic Hoosier’s Gym

The Dogs fell tonight against West Lafayette playing at the historic Hoosier Gymnasium by the score of 41-67. Frankfort has really struggled shooting the basketball both in the paint and beyond the arc.  The team was 4-12 from beyond the arc, shot 8-17 from the free throw line, and was below 50% shooting inside. Frankfort had 8 wrestlers place in the Frankfort Sectional this past Saturday.  106 Armando Roe 6th, 113 Marco Cruz 6th, 120 Jimmy Ostler 5th, 138 Isaac Mata, 145 Adolfo Vasquez-Sanchez 3rd, 170 Devin Anderson 6th, 182 Zeke VanDeventer 4th and 220 Jordan Ortiz 4th Wrestlers placing top 4 move on to Regionals at North Montgomery next Saturday.
