The lady hot dogs got their first win of the season with an overtime victory over faith christian 51-48. The first half was dominated by the hot dogs with solid defense and transition offense. The lady hot dogs forced faith into 32 turnovers on the night. The second half was a different story. Turnovers and missed rebounds, and struggles at the free throw line allowed Faith to get back into the game. The solid defense was a total team effort by the dogs. Two late turnovers allowed faith an opportunity to win the ball game at the end of regulation but they missed the shot. The push in overtime had Payton Dubree get some steals and two scores to help close the door on the eagles. Liz Sandoval had 13, Jessi Ramos had 12, Payton Dubree with 11.

The jv played only two quarters with low numbers for Faith Christian but dominated their opponent in every way. Ari Regalado led with 8 points and Madyson Cook had 6. Great defense was the difference in this game. Final score was 26-11.
