Boys Golf Captures County Title

The Frankfort boys golf team won the county tournament Thursday evening with a score of 169.  The 169 posted by the dogs was a season best.  Kasey Klecz fired a 39 to lead Frankfort and join JT Whitlock-41 and Simon Weber-44 on the all-county team.  Frankfort’s 169 was 10 shots better than second place Rossville

Golf Falls Short vs. Tigers

Frankfort was defeated by Northwestern 173-181 Tuesday evening at The Frankfort Commons.  Simon Weber led the hot dogs with a 41.  Senior Taylor Hopkins was next for Frankfort with a 46.  Juniors Kasey Klecz and Riley Romanski both shot 47 to round out the scoring for Frankfort.  Sam Wilson and Camden Cesare both shot 59

The boys golf team finished 6th at the conference match Monday evening at Rocky Ridge.  JT Whitlock and Simon Weber both shot 41 for Frankfort to earn second team all-conference honors.  The 41’s were good enough to put both players in an 8 man playoff for first team honors but both fell just short of

The boys golf team shot a 184 Thursday evening at Ackerman-Allen golf course in West Lafayette.  West Lafayette shot a 177 and McCutcheon a 160 to defeat the dogs in the three team match.  JT Whitlock led the way for Frankfort shooting a 44.  Simon Weber and Taylor Hopkins both shot 45’s for Frankfort.  The

Boys Golf Edged by Chargers

Frankfort was defeated by North Montgomery Tuesday evening 183-196 at Rocky Ridge.  The Hot Dogs were led by Junior JT Whitlock’s 43.  Simon Weber shot a 49 and Taylor Hopkins a 51 for Frankfort.  Sophomore Drew Grismer shot a 53 to round out the scoring for Frankfort.  The dogs will be back in action Thursday

Boys Golf Finishes 7th

The boys golf team finished 7th of 12 teams in the Crawfordsville Invitational Saturday morning.  Simon Weber led the way with an 86.  JT Whitlock also carded in the 80’s with an 89.  Senior Taylor Hopkins shot 94 for the Hot Dogs who finished with a 374 team score.  Frankfort will travel to North Montgomery

Boys Golf Excels vs Delphi

Frankfort defeated Delphi 178 to 232 Thursday evening at the Frankfort Commons.  JT Whitlock fired a 42 to lead the dogs and win medalist honors.  Simon Weber was right behind with a 43.  Riley Romanski shot a 46 while Taylor Hopkins and Kasey Klecz carded 47’s to round out five hot dogs in the 40’s. 

Male Student-Athlete of the Month

Congratulations to JT Whitlock! “JT led the team at the Harrison Invite with an 89.  Tied with the low score of 89 at the Southmont Invite to help the team place 3rd.  Also won medalist honors in our Three Team Match at Crawfordsville with a 41.”

Boys Golf Splits Match

Frankfort beat Danville and lost to Lebanon in a three team match Wednesday evening at The Frankfort Commons. The  totals were Frankfort 183 Danville 185 and Lebanon 170.  The hot dogs were led by a pair of 43’s from JT Whitlock and Simon Weber. Boys Golf at CVille

The Hot Dogs were defeated by Crawfordsville and Tri-West Thursday evening at Crawfordsville Municipal Golf Course.  Frankfort shot a 206 while Crawfordsville and Tri-West shot 196 and 186 respectively.  JT Whitlock earned medalist honors by shooting a 41 for the Hot Dogs.  Freshman Camden Cesare shot a career best 56 for the JV squad.  It
