Baseball: Hot Dogs Sweep Stars

The varsity baseball team completed the conference sweep of Western Boone with an 11-2 win.  Christian Lopez earned the win on the mound and added a home run.  The team is now 9-2 in the conference and in 1st place heading into the last week of the season.

Baseball: Henry Pitches a Gem

The varsity baseball team defeated Western Boone last night, 5-0.  Casey Henry pitched a 1-hitter for his 5th win of the season.  Christian Lopez, Roger Angeles, and Jose Valdez Sandoval each had 2 hits in the game. The team is now in 1st place in the conference at 8-2.

Baseball: Bulldogs overpower Hot Dogs

The varsity baseball team lost to Clinton Central Friday night, 5-1. Roger Angeles and Braden Compton each had 3 hits in the loss.

Varsity Baseball: Walk-off Winners

The varsity baseball team completed the sweep of Southmont last night, 4-3.  Christian Lopez drove in the winning run in the bottom of the 7th for the walk-off win.  Jose Valdes Sandoval hit his 3rd home run of the series.  Christian pitched a complete game to earn the win.

JV Baseball: Comeback Win over Lebanon

The JV Baseball team kicked off a JV-Varsity doubleheader last night with a great come from behind victory over Lebanon. Compared to the previous slugfest this game was more about pitching and defense. Benito Lopez went the distance for the Hot Dogs backed up by some solid defensive effort from Jimmy Ostler & Hugo Alanis.

Baseball: Dogs Pick up Another SAC Win

The varsity baseball team defeated Southmont last night, 17-10.  Casey Henry picked up his 4th win of the season.  Jose Valdes led the offense with 3 hits, including 2 home runs and 6 RBI.  Christian Lopez added 4 hits on the night.

Baseball: Varsity falls to Tigers

The varsity baseball team lost to Northwestern last night, 14-13.  Jade Ayers and Jack Espinoza each had 3 hits in the loss.

Boys Baseball: Win Friday, County Champs Saturday

The varsity baseball team started the weekend with a 3-2 win over West Lafayette on Friday.  Luis Hernandez pitched a complete game to earn the win. On Saturday, the team won the Clinton County tournament.  In the morning game vs 1A #3 ranked Rossville, the Hot Dogs came out on top by a score of 7-2. 

JV Baseball: Hot Dogs Fall Short to Tigers

The JV baseball team traveled to Northwestern on Saturday in what was originally supposed to be a doubleheader but was changed to a single game due to pitching availability for Northwestern.
