Softball Struggles Defensively

The Varsity Softball team struggled early and often against Sagamore Conference foe Lebanon.   Falling behind 8-0 after 1, the Dogs couldn’t recover.  Carson Hackerd, Jordan Anderson, Casey Robertson and Thaiz Mejia collected hits for the Hot Dogs. Softball Drops Home Opener

The Varsity Softball team dropped their home opener and Sagamore Conference game 10-1 to the visiting Danville Warriors.  The Dogs were limited to 5 hits on the night, including a solo Home Run from Casey Robertson which tallied the only run.  Kimee Kingma, Cason Hackerd, Chloe Roberts, and Kyree Shelley each singled in the loss.

The varsity baseball team lost to Rossville on Friday.  Rhett Davis led the offense with a double and a run scored.  Andy Palmer was 1-2 with an RBI.
